All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs:

- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (additional fees apply)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Hong Kong Hengan Co., Limited is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be automatically applied to qualifying orders.
Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong item was shipped or the product is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hong Kong Hengan Co., Limited is not liable for lost return packages.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- PayPal refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account. In some regions, due to legal requirements, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to the provided address with the original packaging.
- Receive Refund: Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@cherryboots.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
